thanks it would be good if there is an option to rename "zzdc.dat" in the editor also zzdc.dat .is a raw file , could you add compression mechanism to it ? there is an lzo pascal unit , its tiny and fast https://gist.github.com/XProger/0d364bff0e82f7e971ad but seems i386 only .

thanks for the infos the reason is .. well i think i've never seen a real game packed in single exe file .but maybe for small games its ok another reason is some times the AV suspect and alert false positive . and this happen when you use build and compress with upx , so if there is a single file sy...

what i mean is , instead of put all the resources inside the exe , i'd like to separate it in a single file , so the game will be 2 files , one small exe and one large file (compressed) contain all the resources (texture , sounds .. ) .

i've seen this option in godot engine editor

not needed thanks Rado1 , in fact i am enjoying the pc version , and this game not suitable for phone screens actually, hard to draw lines by finger on small screen , so its good for tablets and pc's.

no i didn't use zge in this benchmark, i just build some of my old sdl demos using the 3 compilers . and as i said FPC did a great job .

i like this compiler very much :)

I haven't had time to try it myself yet but if you or anyone have time to try building ZGE Android using that version of FPC (or trunk) I'd be very interested in hearing if performance is better. seems no difference , i tested them all (crossfpc , fpc(trunk) , delphi) but only for win32 , in some c...

about using your BeRoAudioOGGVorbisTremor in android , do you think (fpc trunk ) can optimize your library better, especially they add alot of improvment for ARM target ?

nice addition really , but there is some performance issue , the player take long time to start playing big ogg files ( 3min.... ) .

i suggest using :
