cpu and gpu and shaders

reading here that the shader code gets uploaded to the gpu on the graphics card(s). The shader code is the intense stuff, right? So the more powerful the gpu(s) the better for ZGame visualizer? Thanks,

It depends on the effect. If you have many low-poly model instances and they contain lots of ZExpressions then it is likely the CPU that is the bottleneck. When you use high-poly models with high resolution textures and advanced shaders it can be the GPU. In general, a good GPU (from nVidia or AMD) is definitely recommended for the best visuals and frame rate.
