Here is a silent ver. of a little game called Impulse. (I may add sound some time later,.) You can play alone, however it is more of a 'party game' the more players the better, due to the others being able to steal your multipliers,. . Play is a simple race to collect pods,. however the single key control with the gravity well environment creates an interesting mechanic.
Keys are set to Q,P,Z, and M,. or you can use four gamepads, using the first button on each. Pressing the button shows where your player will spawn.

cool!
once you get into that fatal trajectory aiming directly at the center, it's a bit tricky to get out again (you can only jet straight away from the center & you always keep bouncing into the direction you came from); you have to boost on the turning point, in the small time window that the flyer takes to turn 180° ...
maybe you could bounce off in a more shallow angle when heading directly into the center? or you could be swallowed & spat out in a random direction ...
edit: also, bouncing off of other players could make a nice addition (could also be too much, but who knows).
