what about a machinima-like video sequencer for cut scenees?
that could also output true video files, and why not some exporters for images, sounds and 3d models?
zgameeditor is a good editor

zge is the editor i were looking for since 2005, i would enjoy exporting assets created in the editor, and doing simple video editing with it.

Hi berserk,
You can already export bitmaps, sounds and meshes from ZGameEditor. Simply click on a Mesh / Sound / Bitmap component, and use the "Save to file" ( it's called "Save as raw-file" on the Sound component ) button.

What is missing is a built-in export of video sequences, but you really do not need it - any windows video capturing and processing program can be used (I use VirtualDub).
