It's a highly ambitious game developed by a single person using procedural techniques.

Never heard of that game personally
Reminds me of both ICO and Myst visually .. which can't be bad. Not terribly fond of the tree meshes though, they lack volume. Doesn't have to be a matter of polycount either, Phantasy Star Online for example had terrific foliage with only a few polygons.

Anyway, that's just eye candy. The trailer doesn't reveal much on the game itself, although the action / shooting feels a bit off for a environment that breaths a similar atmosphere as "The Endless Forest".

The game was previewed in EDGE magazine recently, and they wrote that since Eskil (the author) use procedurally techniques for all graphics the final game will probably look quite different from the screenshots. Tweak a few parameters and everything changes, the power (and brittleness) of algorithms.
Nice to see PSO. I just to play the Dreamcast-version and was very impressed with the constant 60fps visuals.
