Problem with zgeproj file encoding

Hello, I have a nez weird problem today...
Do you happen to know what the file encoding of .zgeproj files is? I believe it’s UTF-8, right?
Since yesterday, when I open my project in Sublime Text and then open it in ZGameEditor, all the French characters are messed up. I can’t save my project in ZGameEditor anymore, otherwise everything will be broken afterward.
é → é
è → è
ù → ù
and so on...
It’s as if ZGameEditor is reading the file using Western (Windows-1252) encoding instead of UTF-8.
I tried opening my file with UTF-8 encoding in Sublime Text, and saving it as UTF-8 again, but when I open it in ZGameEditor, it still gets interpreted as Windows-1252.
That’s so weird. I haven’t changed anything in either ZGameEditor or Sublime Text.
Could a Windows update have caused this? (I had one yesterday...)
