Upx release 3.04

The compressor UPX is released in a new version for the first time in over a year. I'll give it a try and if it seems to work then I'll bundle it in the next ZGE-release.

looks like it's just bugfixes...
I am waiting for the release of wine 1.2 instead =)

They are gonna fix the but that prevents Delphi from installing! Since now I'm moving to linux my workplace, I might finally be able to run everything there ;)
