ZGameEditor forum

I came here from the Ouya Devs forum as I saw this program as an opportunity to build a game easily as I have absolutely no knowledge of how to code.

First thing I saw though was an image with code and then I g on the tips and tricks section of the forum and your talking about code.

DO I NEED TO CODE OR NOT??!!

If so, then I won't be able to use this. If not then I will be making a game using it!

In theory you should be able to make a simple game such as Snake of Space Invaders without writing a single line of code. However, a significant amount of functionality in ZGameEditor does not have a component ( drag 'n drop ) equivalent, so it's definitely limiting and I wouldn't recommended it. In case you're simply allergic to syntax, Game Maker or Multimedia Fusion 2 might be a better* fit for you.

*Although those don't have real-time preview.
