Re: ZGE on Mac
Hi everyone! It was several years ago since I was here last, but I have been following ZGE on Github and noticed the Lazarus branch. Does this mean it would work on Linux too eventually? A native Linux version and I would definitely pick up working in ZGE again.

Re: Z80 ZX Spectrum build support
Wow, I did not expect Z80 building in ZGE (or any similar tool, actually). Very cool! I'd love to make a Master System game.
Now if only I could compile ZGE on Free Pascal and have a native Linux version of both runtime and editor. Did that ever turn out to work?

Re: P.G.64k
Nice! Always impressive to see games done in 64k and it plays really well. I especially liked the effect when the level appears.

Re: Ion Trail
Thanks for your nice comments! I'm happy you both tried it. :D Yes, I have always liked that aspect of Outrun. Adds a small sense of exploration to a simple arcade racer. ;) A few of the paths are harder than others, but at least it is possible to avoid them and try another path next time. :) I have...

I mentioned this game a while ago, and it has actually been finished for half a year now. Due to some issues with rendering I could not release it for Android as planned so I simply let it rest. But a few days ago I realized that I might as well post the PC version here for you to try! :) The idea w...

Re: ZGE ten years!
Congratulations!
A few years ago ZGE inspired me to start making games again, so I am very happy it exists and had/has such inspiring features and such a clever way to handle things.
Do you have any plans for it the coming years?

Re: Butterfly
Couldn't see the videos for some reason. But it sounds cool! You could scan those notes and display as a slideshow in the game as end credits. Agreed! I always find it fun when such things are included as unlockables or such in games. It's fun to see how others creative processes work and what goes ...

Re: Modifiable rendering order
Tested it! Both modes seemed to work fine, though there were no difference for my project. I was thinking it might help with one of the rendering errors in the Android-version of my latest game, but it didn't help. Though I realize now that I misunderstood what this was supposed to do, so it wasn't ...

Re: Modifiable rendering order
Sound logical, yes. And a drop down for choosing, so backwards compatibility is kept sounds like a good solution!

Re: Odd rendering errors on Android
I see. Thanks for having a look!
So if I re-sort things to use categories instead, transparent textures should work? In that case that shouldn't be a problem.
