Several people at this forum asked for skeletal animation in ZGE and I would like to make an external library which would provide this functionality; if possible. However, I'm not sure which library to use. I had a look at Cal3D which is promising, but its last release was in 2006 and I'm afraid it's old and unsupported.
I'm not an expert in this area, therefore asking for your help. Do you know some good platform-independent c++ library for skeletal animation?
Or more general: what do you think about this idea, do you think it would be useful for ZGE?
