would it be possible to have a standalone zgeviz visualizer?
or export to exe from the fruityloops one?

ZgeViz is a project ordered and paid for by Image-Line so they decide what to do with it. That's why it is not open source. Since the effects that the visualizer use are normal zgeproj-files they can be opened in the standard ZGE distribution and generate exe-files but these will not react to audio.
