Rendering question

Appreciate clarification of following: rendering in 3D programs typically takes model wireframe and renders for output.

How should the live view within FLStudio differ from Export (video)? Should live view be just as 'beautiful' as the rendered video, or does that process add even more 'beauty'? I guess I equate beauty with detail and resolution.

The rendered video can look better than the live view in two aspects: resolution and frame rate. Besides that it is the same.
